Mount Colah, a suburb of Sydney, will see the rise of a new residential apartment. The project, called The Lennox, will offer 45 apartments. It will be developed in one of the premier location on the Upper North Shore on Sydney. Future interested parties could choose between one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The structure will have six levels. The prices of the units vary accordingly. A one bedroom apartment will cost between $478,000 and $538,000. If you want to buy a two-bedroom apartment, then you should be willing to pay for as little as $658,000 and as much as $748,000. If you are interested in a three bedroom unit then you should have around $858,000 to $888,000 saved in the bank so you can buy one.
According to The Urban Developer, the design of the building was inspired by the novel “The Secret Garden.” The development will give more focus on creating a beautiful garden and lush surroundings. Through this, the building and its developers seek to pay tribute to the novel’s main characters, Mary Lennox, hence the name of the building. Acer Capital Director of Development Andrew James said the project will offer the locals with the best solution that would meet their demand for a stunning, innovative, and state-of-the-art boutique apartment living. James added that the building will mix perfectly with the area’s beautiful surroundings. It will become a private sanctuary that will be filled with natural light. It will feature secret gardens that will definitely bring a smile to all of its residents.
Mijollo International took care of the development’s architecture. The landscape design was a task given to Landard Landscapes. The latter’s Co-Founder and Director Matt Leacy is a renowned professional in this field. He has built his reputation through his 18 years of practical experience. Apart from doing actual landscaping work, he also co-hosted Channel Nine’s Garden Gurus series and also participated in Domestic Blitz for three seasons.
Let us now discuss how The Lennox will look like on the inside. Its interiors will have a modern style. Each unit will be filled with natural light during the day and residents will get to enjoy the view of the nearby Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Each unit will come with an integrated wardrobes, split-system heating and cooling systems, innovative kitchen appliances, and have access to secure parking spaces and intercoms. Some apartments will also have balconies and outdoor entertaining areas. Residents will also have easy access to Mt. Colah train station and Hornsby Westfield.
JLL Director of Residential Project Marketing Nicholas Hum expects the project to draw the attention of many families with children or older couples who are looking to settle in a more affordable yet comfortable residence. There are several factors that contribute to this including the bushland views offered to residents, the beautiful landscaped gardens, and amazing amenities. The building will also be located near essential establishments like schools.
